USER * AGENTS * BERLIN
The User & Agents community invites you to come hang out and make things together for TWO WHOLE DAYS following Local-First Conf 2025 in Berlin!
We'll be coming out of the conference inspired, and we wanted a comfortable space available to keep collaborating before heading to Web Engines Hackfest in Spain on the following week (another great event we recommend!).
So we've rented a space in central Berlin at the Michelberger Hotel that can sit up to 50 people, with a cafe and bar downstairs. It's partially separated, with one half set up for AV so we can also do demos, talks and design/code walk-throughs.
Come work on your project, or meet up with that rad person you were talking to in the halfway at Local-First, or just relax and chat with a community of people interested in maximizing user agency in the software we use every day.
Anyone can sign up but we'll prioritize Local-First ticket holders, and will open the wait list. Anyone interested is welcome if there's enough space!
The space will be open from 10:00 - 18:00 on Thursday May 29 and Friday May 30.
We're assuming people will come and go, so we've opened more registration slots than there are seats available, assuming it won't be at full capacity all the time.
If the space is full, the cafe downstairs is also a nice place to hang until space opens up.
BYO food/water/coffee/beer/etc.
This is a free event! However, if you would like to donate to help cover costs, please do so at https://opencollective.com/user-and-agents. $15/person per day will cover expense of the space. If we somehow get more, we'll put it towards snacks/drinks/bartab.
