About Event

Join me on October 11, 2023, for a power-packed half-hour super intensive Strength training session starting as a Live Stream at 10:00 AM. You can do it home or in a gym.
Don´t worry if you´re late or can´t attend straight away - the replay will be available till the end of the week.

We´ll pump all the core muscles and get our glutes and hamstrings in fire. I´ll show you the way to load your hamstring muscles in particular - the muscles which don´t usually suffer so much at a workout.

We will use - a suspension trainer (TRX is the most famous brand but you can use any, including Yoga Trapeze straps),
a big fitball (or a yoga wheel) or a bench.
I will do two sets of two series of exercises - first set with a suspension trainer and the second set with a fitball.
You can use any of these or both the same as me.
If it´s your first training or you don´t have these equipment - any bench will work, even you can use a side of a sofa and do all the same. This stable surface will be great to start with.
To challenge yourself more - try the suspension trainer and a fitball - if not this time, then next time when you repeat this workout.

Also we will use a weight - a dumbbell, a kettlebell or a barbell´s weight. Or you can use couple of big bottles with water, for example, 1 - 1.5 liter bottles from a washing liquid. Or a vacuum cleaner, any weight you can find home and hold in your hands!
