​Terms & Policies

​Tickets grant access solely to the individual listed at the time of purchase and may not be resold, reproduced, or shared.

​The event schedule, speakers, and programming are subject to change at the discretion of the organizers.

​Attendees must comply with all venue regulations and security protocols. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event without a refund.

​Organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or revoke access to any individual at their sole discretion.

​Refund / Cancellation: All ticket sales are final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, speaker cancellations or changes in the agenda, no refunds will be provided. If the Summit is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date.

​Privacy & Data Use: By attending the summit, you consent to the event organizers using media captured during the event (photographs, video, etc.) that may include your likeness for promotional purposes.

​Liability Waiver: Attendees assume all risks associated with participation in the event. The organizer is not responsible for personal injury, lost/stolen items, or any incidents occurring at the venue.

​Force Majeure: The organizer is not liable for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics.

​Dress Code: Business aloha attire is recommended.
