Finding Harmony Musical Networking: The Founder Session

​Finding Harmony is a monthly music networking experience for professionals who want to connect with others via musical performance. Each session has a theme tailored for different groups, but we also welcome others to join who just want to jam in a session without a professional purpose.

​The Founder Session: Join us for the July session with your fellow founders in the NYC Tech community! This unique event brings together 6-10 brave people to collaborate, learn, fail, and perform songs as a group.

​Session Music: We release a Spotify playlist prior to each session for everyone to learn. There are typically 15 songs on the playlist, and we get through as many as we can during our two hours together. Players are welcome to add their favorite songs to the playlist for consideration to be played in the session.

​Event Highlights:
• Collaborative Learning: Join fellow community members to master and perform a song together, fostering teamwork and creativity.
• Live Performance: Showcase your collective musical talents in a supportive group performance with no judgement - even the organizer is nervous to perform in front of others :)
• Networking: Connect with peers in a relaxed, musical setting, building relationships that resonate beyond the event.

​Instruments Provided:
• Drums, keyboards, microphones, and amplifiers will be available on-site.
• A limited number of guitars and basses, along with select pedals, will be available for rent.

Participant Notes:
• Feel free to bring your own instrument to personalize your experience.
• All skill levels are welcome; the focus is on collaboration and enjoyment.
