    • Philipp Stahr, Co-Founder & Managing Director of Wholey
      Philipp is the founder and managing director of Wholey. After founding a fashion start-up and winning several German and European championships as a fieldhockey player and coach, he is now building Europe’s next breakfast brand for conscious eating. 100% natural, plant-based, organic and fully transparent. Philipp wants to challenge the food industry and is working to make transparency and product quality the new normal.

    • Jessica Jeworutzki, CEO of Brammibal’s Donuts
      Jessica Jeworutzki (32) co-founded Brammibal’s Donuts in 2015 with her partner Bram van Montfort. After expanding the business from a market stall to a bakery & café chain with multiple locations, Jessica has been recognized as a 30 under 30 listmaker by Forbes Dach.

    • Quentin Loth, Head of Production at Bosque Foods
      Quentin is an Industrial Engineer focusing on scaling the bioprocess of Bosque Foods to industrialization. As former Head of Production at Made of Air, a carbon-negative biomaterial company, and Design Engineer at Pentatonic, a circular and sustainable manufacturing consultant firm, he has a track record in advanced product development as well as a deep experience in circular economy, carbon accounting and Life Cycle Assessment methodologies.

    • Fabio Carlucci, Founder & CEO of ROY Kombucha
      Fabio is originally Swiss and Italian and moved to Berlin in 2013. After founding two startups in the tech world, it was his goal to do something with his hands. So, in 2019, he founded ROY Kombucha and started his own brewery. From doing everything by hand to their 350+ sqm brewery today, ROY Kombucha has gone a long way. Besides ROY Kombucha, Fabio and his team are also bringing the world of DIY kombucha to your home with Kombucha Brewing Kit, and growing the kombucha industry with Kombucha Summit.
