Being Part of the Solution

​​Many of our members feel passionately about the importance of the skills and experience held by the 45+ demographic and want to push the agenda forward in terms of what they can actively do to make a difference. 

​​Our goal is not a competition of disadvantage: age is our asset. Whilst we acknowledge challenges, this is a workshop aimed at helping you discover your voice and the constructive things you can do and get involved with which will help not only ourselves, but society on a wider level.

​​​The main benefits you’ll get from coming is:

• ​​Meeting others similarly engaged

• ​​Building up possible alliances and connections

• ​​Stimulating your own thinking over what you can do and get involved with

• ​Intellectual challenge. We’re known for being at the forefront of evidence and research. Whatever you will get, it will be backed up with data or the honesty of saying when things are theory or opinion.

• ​Ideas. You’ll leave with actionable constructive thoughts on how you can be part of the solution​.

​​Our meetings are highly participative. Please understand, this is NOT a webinar.​ We encourage use of small break out spaces. ​You will interact with others and​, owing to the large amount of dialogue and discussions​,​ these meetings do not lend themselves to being recorded.
