Almost 10 years of corporate law experience at major Wall Street firms prior to becoming an investment banker.

​Tax preparer for 30+ years, registered as a tax professional in California, specializing in all types of personal and business tax returns, including S corps, partnerships, trusts, corporate returns, and audit work. Successfully completed over 10,000 returns both while at CBS and before while running her own tax business. Extensive knowledge and experience in all types of taxation, accounting and payroll and a great source of general advice for small businesses.
