​Protein Design Competition Kick-off

​​​Thinking of participating in Round 2 of the protein design competition? Join us and other protein designers in NYC for an in-person day of hacking. You’ll have a space to work for the day, meet more folks in the community, hear from our invited speaker, and get inspired!

​​​The focus of the competition stays the same – ​test your skills as a protein designer by designing a binding protein to the extracellular domain of EGFR, a cancer-associated drug target. This time, you’ll get access to the newly generated data from Round 1 + a retrospective benchmark.

The top 200 designs will be experimentally validated in Adaptyv Bio’s lab, with the top 3 teams being offered a speaking slot at the AIDrugX workshop at NeurIPS.
