About Event

A Non-residential In-person and Online Retreat With Christina Feldman

Description

During this weekend we will reflect on the Buddha's teaching on the ways that our perceptions become distorted leading to confusion and distress. We will also reflect on the responses offered by the Buddha in what he referred to as the perceptions that heal and liberate.

This will be a contemplative weekend with extended teaching times, practice periods and space for discussion and questions. Please note that this is not a traditional meditation retreat with extended periods of sitting and walking
