🌱 NS Farm: Co-Designing Our 18-Acre Future
We have 18 acres of reclaimed land, ambitious ideas about feeding the future, and 150~ brilliant minds. Now we need to decide what happens next.
We will co-design as we develop the roadmap for our living lab. This session will make specific decisions about Year 1 priorities, establish volunteer leadership roles, and create a concrete implementation plan.

🎯 Session objectives:
• Select our Year 1 focus from competing approaches (though not mutually exclusive ones!): restoration-first vs tech-integration vs market-validation
• Assign volunteer leads and establish work streams
• Draft a 12-month roadmap with quarterly milestones
• Define support requirements from the Network State core team (funding, expertise, infrastructure, partnerships)
