Peer Dialogue: Maternity in VC
This month, we launched our first ever Maternity Report.
In it, we tell the stories of mothers in VC. The report uncovers eye-opening findings on the realities of:
Parental leave concerns
The return-to-work journey
Career progression challenges
Long-term sustainability for women in VC
Alongside these insights, the report provides practical tips and recommendations to make long lasting change in or industry.
Come (virtually) join Sophie Winwood — founder of WVC:E — and Rachel Drapper — founder of Fairshare and lead researcher on the report — for a lunch time discussion on the findings of our report.
We will kick off with a 15 minute presentation from Rachel presentation, followed by an open Q&A and discussion.
Please bring your questions, your top tips and, most importantly, an open and non judgemental mindset.
Note: This event is open to all genders. Please do invite men at work to join us — this is an issue we need to solve together.
