Carrie co-founded Hope Leigh Marketing Group after 20 years as a globally respected leader in HR & Recruiting. Carrie is known for building award winning Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand programs in global Fortune companies such as AT&T, Samsung, American Airlines & Dell. Her leadership and ability to innovate for change have afforded her opportunities to build unique and measurable approaches to solving many of the common challenges in attraction and hiring. Carrie possesses an MBA in Human Resource Management, has received personal and company recognition consistently throughout her career, and is a sought-after speaker in the HCM space.


SPLICE Founder Alex is a self-made entrepreneur. Born and raised in the rural mountains of northern Alabama, he has lived his life by the mantra: “It will all work out.”  

With his years of experience in global talent acquisition, employer branding, public speaking, and creative storytelling, Alex has built and led teams for large Fortune 500 companies and small start-ups, including; YP (formerly AT&T YellowPages), Case-Mate, Panasonic and Datapath (a division of Rockwell Collins).  He has successfully worked with people on every inhabitable continent, impacting his dedication to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) consulting efforts.

Alex’s passion for dynamic leadership, relational engagement, and humorous storytelling distinguishes his keynotes and training sessions. He draws from his experiences from his unique upbringing and years of corporate immersion. His stories are mostly true events – although you may not believe 37% of them (they are that good!).

As an accomplished author, he’s been interviewed and featured by major media outlets, including Society of Human Resources (SHRM), Atlanta Business Chronicle, Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Workforce Magazine, Dice.com, Monster.com, and Talent Management Magazine. His book, Size Matters, is inspired by his experiences and shares tips on personal brand building.

Alex is a graduate of The University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and minor in Public Relations. He currently lives in the Atlanta area with his Brady Bunch-esque family, that includes his life partner and their combined 6 teenagers.

David is a passionate advocate of employer branding and talent marketing. He’s accumulated vast experience of the subject over many years, helping to shape the employer brand strategies for clients such as Asda, National Trust, Moog, Capita, The Telegraph and Miele, heading up employer brand agencies and winning several awards along the way. David is now co-owner and Director of Employer Branding Made Easy, inspiring, educating and supporting organizations to deliver Employer Brand and EVP projects in-house though online courses, mentoring and project delivery.

Allison McCutcheon Barcz is the Co-founder of Largely, a talent experience platform. Before Largely, she spent over twenty years in human resources and talent acquisition. With a wealth of experience crafting and implementing attraction and acquisition strategies, Allison drives large-scale transformational changes within organizations. Her passion lies in nurturing talent, analyzing data for informed decisions, fostering collaborative solutions, and exhibiting a determined focus on accomplishing objectives.
