About Event

Join Lady Bandit Studios' pro-bono internship program for a unique opportunity to gain project experience with startups across the US! We'll collaborate with UXHI's community and Alpaca VC’s 90+ startup companies to pair designers with mentors to work on projects over a 6-12 week design sprint, where each team will deliver implementable solutions for apps, websites, and/or products. So whether you're an aspiring designer looking to break into the industry or a seasoned designer seeking mentorship experience, attend our info session to learn more!

Lady Bandit Studios is a circular design program that offers equitable career-building opportunities for the Hawaii community. The program addresses the critical issue of high living costs and lack of sustainable jobs in Hawaii by empowering design interns with real-life work experience and mentoring to launch successful careers and remain in Hawaii. Mentors are hand-selected to refine their leadership skills and groom the next generation of local design talent. Businesses gain access to exceptional work and the opportunity to connect with upcoming design talent.
