

Relaxation through Art
Are you curious about being able to relax through art-making?
Join us for a creative workshop where we will explore artistic expression to relax, rest and regulate the nervous system, as well as deepening body-awareness.
This is an introductory session that will be followed by bi-monthly workshops.
What you can expect:
- A kind, respectful and non-judgmental space
- Gentle guided explorations
- Regulating your nervous system through art
- Creative expression using media such as paint, ink, drawing or clay
Anybody is welcome, no previous artistic experience is necessary, only a bit of curiosity!
Languages: English (traduction française possible)
Open to all ages from 16+
- Please wear loose, comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting paint on.
- Materials will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own that you feel comfortable working with.

Meet the Teacher – Laura Elands ✨
Laura Elands is a visual artist, puppeteer, and theatre-maker with a unique blend of Dutch roots and an international life journey. Trained at the prestigious ESNAM in France and the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London, she weaves together visual art, textiles, and movement to create poetic, sensory worlds. Her intuitive creative process blends drawing, sculpture, photography, and performance, offering participants a gentle, imaginative space to connect with their bodies through art.
