Transformational Breathwork

What to Expect:
The session will be about an hour and a half
Block out 2 hours where you will not be interrupted
You will be lying down on a bed, or a yoga mat - Somewhere on a flat surface where you will be comfortable and uninterrupted
How To Prepare
Be early to the call and make sure Zoom is downloaded onto your device
Do not eat a heavy meal at least 1-2hours prior to the breathwork session
Do not consume any drugs or alcohol prior to the session
Make sure you have a strong internet connection. Preferably on a strong WiFi network as apposed to streaming data
Have a set of headphones that you can use. Although you can do it without, you will have a far more immersive experience using headphones
Put all notifications on hold and block off this time to allow yourself space to fully drop into the experience
Breathwork is a very safe and natural way for the body to heal but please note that it may not be suitable for everyone. If you suffer from any of the following please consult your family physician before participating in any breathwork practices:

Pregnancy

Detached retina
Glaucoma
Uncontrolled high blood pressure
Cardiovascular disease including prior heart attack
Prior diagnosis by a Medical Professional of manic disorder, bipolar disorder or schizophrenia
