Grad send offs, farewell dinners & seeing our university friends and community together in one place for the last few times. Besides friend groups and clubs, there's actually no collective *thing* for all graduating students from all faculties.
So we decided to make one, presenting...
The Grad Photo Project ! 🎓 🎊
A grand group photo of people from the class of 2024 & a digital collection of their favourite memories over their university journey, because why not?
The Photo 📸
It’ll be a sunny day, with balloons, props, candid photos and a drone to take the grand group photo of the class of 2024. All you need to do is:
Register if you want to be in the photo. We ask for your first name, student number, and faculty to confirm your class and email to send location + updates.
Come dressed as you want! Your regular clothes, a fancy outfit, the pj's you wore to your midterm, faculty colours, lab coat, hard hat, painting apron– it's up to you!
Show up on time, we'll be taking the grand photo at 3:00pm prompt.
The Digital Collection 💻
After the shoot, we'll be collecting favourite memories and photos to create an online collection of moments from the Class of 2024. More on this after the shoot!
You made it through university, that's no simple feat! So our hope is to capture this collective moment in time for the variety of you making UWaterloo's Class of 2024 🎉
