The UVic Real Estate Club presents Luke Mari from Aryze Developments

​Luke Mari is the Principal, Development Lead for Aryze Developments. Aryze are one of the leading developers in Victoria's real estate industry, consistently innovating to increase their product. Aryze recently broke ground on the Telus Ocean building in downtown Victoria and will send their 18 townhome project at 902 Foul Bay to public hearing on September 22.

​With more than 15 years experience as an urban planner, Luke brings leadership and expertise to all aspects of Aryze’s development process, including site acquisition and planning, project financing, modelling and design, community consultation and municipal approvals. Luke is an advocate for diverse housing and works with the development team to advance innovative urban infill projects. Luke holds a Bachelor of Planning from the School of Environmental Planning University of Northern British Columbia and a diploma in Urban Land Economics from UBC. He’s also a Registered Professional Planner (RPP) and a Member of the Canadian Institute of Planners (MCIP).
