om nom nom — it's more than a yoga class.
We blend invigorating yoga sessions with community and nourishment. Each week, join us for a 45-minute to one-hour yoga session followed by tea, light bites, and an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals.

About the Instructor: Shreya (RYT-200HR) is a Bay Area–based yoga teacher and proud second-generation yogi (her mom is a teacher too)! Open to all levels, her classes honor the roots of yoga and leave you feeling grounded, connected, and present. She’s so excited to share her practice with the om nom nom community!
