Join us at Silicon Slopes for an hour of great food and even better company at a Leadership Lunch with Kim Clark and his daughter and son, Erin and Jonathan!
Kim, an American scholar, educator, and religious leader, has held various leadership roles, including Dean of Harvard Business School, President of BYU-Idaho, and Commissioner of Church Education for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. In his book Leading Through: Activating the Soul, Heart, and Mind of Leadership, co-authored with his daughter Erin and son Jonathan, they advocate for a shift from traditional leadership models of control to those that inspire and empower. They emphasize how outdated methods stifle innovation, promoting instead a leadership style that fosters care, problem solving, and positive change.
Hosted by Bloom, the head of the social impact chapter at Silicon Slopes, this event is designed for leaders and executives to hear thoughts and stories related to people-focused, impactful leadership.
