August Unwind Between The Pages
Hey Girl! Let’s unwind between the pages of a book, or whatever written work you have, and chit-chat while enjoying food and beverages (non-alcoholic included). Unlike most book clubs, we value freedom. So what does that mean? We select the theme, and you bring any written work that you feel best fits it. Plays, articles, audiobooks, novels, fiction, and non-fiction are all acceptable. Yes, we approve of audiobooks!
If this is your first meeting, bring whatever you are currently reading or the audiobook you have on play. No pressure if you haven’t read the full book.

To help us keep our group thriving and plan a fantastic end-of-year celebration, we ask for a $5.00 member contribution. This small amount goes a long way in supporting our community! After we receive your contribution, you'll get all the event details. Just a heads-up: contributions are non-refundable except if the event is canceled or registration cannot be accommodated.
Rules/Agreement Reminders:
RSVP and arrive on time. Let’s respect everyone's time.
Only members who have RSVP’d are allowed at book club meetings and gatherings.
Women from all educational backgrounds and craft skill levels are welcome. This is a casual book club, not academic. Craft classes are not taught. The expectation is that you know how to complete your craft. These are not workshops. It is ideal if you are practicing your craft.
Bring only one book to discuss for the book club.
Provide a trigger warning before discussing sensitive topics (abuse, infidelity, drugs).
Keep your political views to yourself.
One person talks at a time.
If you are unable to attend, provide 24 hours' notice. After three no-shows and no notice, you will no longer be allowed to attend.
Bring a positive and respectful attitude. These are casual meetings. You are here to have fun.
Photos and videos will be taken to promote the group.
You accept full responsibility for any personal injuries or damages as a part of participating in the group.
Your RSVP means you agree to the rules and agreement.
