About Event

Give your kids (and you) a break from homeschooling! Each class will focus on learning the basics of yoga, getting into poses safely, with a focus on balance, strength and control. Classes will include a mindfulness topic, to help calm and relax their body and mind.Other times for this class:Tuesdays 11am - 11.30am (UTC/GMT)Wednesdays 4pm - 4.30pm (UTC/GMT)Fridays 2pm-2.30pm (UTC/GMT)
