As the world faces evolving geopolitical challenges, Africa finds itself at a critical juncture where diplomatic engagement, economic resilience, and governance reforms are more necessary than ever. To commemorate International Women’s Month in March 2025, Leading Women of Africa (LWA) is hosting this high-level one-day gathering targeted at female leaders in diplomacy, government, corporate and business. The event aims to provide a platform for women leaders to discuss strategies for navigating the current global geopolitical landscape while strengthening Africa’s position on key issues such as peace, economic transformation, and governance.

This gathering will also underscore the importance of inclusive leadership and the vital contributions women bring to diplomacy and international relations.
