About Us🚀

FrostHacks is a 36-hour offline hackathon in November 2024 at the Academy of Technology, uniting coders and innovators to tackle real-world challenges.

Organized by Cloud Native Hooghly and affiliated with the Cloud Native Computing Foundation, this event offers participants the chance to create tech solutions, learn from experts, and network with peers. Supported by several esteemed communities, including Google Developers Students' Club, Students' Chapters and Resourcio Community, FrostHacks aims to become one of the largest hackathons, fostering problem-solving and technological advancement.

Role Description📝

As FrostHacks Evangelists, you will play a crucial role in fostering innovation, collaboration and promoting our Hackathon in different communities you’re involved in. Your sincere engagement will significantly enhance the reach and influence of our hackathons, bringing together creative minds and driving technological advancements.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities🙌

Promote FrostHacks: Leverage social media, blogs, newsletters, and other digital channels to raise awareness and generate interest. Craft compelling promotional content and campaigns to attract registrants and create buzz around this event.
Encourage Participation: Actively contact potential participants, including diverse groups and underrepresented communities, to invite them to join our hackathon. Communicate the value and opportunities of participating in FrostHacks, such as networking, learning, and potential rewards.
Build Relationships: Engage with tech communities, educational institutions, industry professionals, and influencers to advocate for FrostHacks and secure support. Establish and nurture partnerships with organisations and individuals who can contribute to or benefit from our hackathon.
