Join CEREMNY Founder, Ashley Shubert, for a special Power Yoga & Breathwork practice. This strength-based yoga class uses postures that stem from the traditional style of ashtanga and vinyasa. Deepen your breath-to-body relationship, and build the fire inside as you become enveloped by the music, environment, and your own internal essence. Following our yoga practice, you will be guided through a short breathwork session. All levels welcome.
