​From finding ourselves amidst the crowd in 2023 to responding to the tides in 2024, and now taking a bold new step in 2025, [Now Place 此间] is bringing our vision to life with a space of our own.

​We’re thrilled to announce our lunar new year party at 41 Ross before our official opening as an invited partner of the OUT Museum, and we sincerely invite you to join the [Now Place 此间] soft opening party to celebrate and share our stories together.

​📅 Date: 2.2 SUN, 5-7pm (door open at 4:30pm)
📍 Location: 41 Ross Alley, SF
🎶 Live Performances: Featuring Howan 后顽 and Cottonseed
🎨 Highlights:

• ​Mystery Bags 福袋: Support the growth of our shop while taking home a bag filled with surprises and heartfelt creations!

Now Place is an independent art space rooted in the Chinese diaspora, connecting people through art, design, and creativity.

​We believe in the power of community and creation. Whether you're here to stay or just passing through, we aim to create an inclusive space where you can shed societal labels, rediscover your voice, and express yourself freely through any medium.

​About [41 Ross] and [OUT Museum]

​41 Ross is one of the most vibrant art spaces in San Francisco’s Chinatown, created by the Chinese Culture Center (CCC).

​In January 2025, the OUT Museum, supporting the Chinese-speaking LGBTQ+ community, launched its home at 41 Ross. It serves as a platform for connection, belonging, and identity.

​Now Place 此间 joins the OUT Museum at 41 Ross to create a shared space for art, culture, and creativity, enriching the Chinatown community.

​Come celebrate with us, support the community, enjoy art, make connections, and help us write the first chapter of Now Place’s story!

​Now place此间是一个扎根于离散华人群体的独立艺术空间，致力于用艺术、设计和创作连接人与人之间的纽带。

​我们相信社群的力量，也相信创作的力量。我们大多来自五湖四海，来自海的对岸，相同或不同的海。此时我们身处此地，无论是落地生根，还是暂时地落脚，我们都希望构建一个温柔的、包容的地方。无论被社会冠上何种标签，我们希望你可以在这里摘掉它。重新去聆听自己内心的声音，说想说的话，做自由的表达 —— 用言语、绘画、写作、装置艺术、或别的什么媒介。我们相信创作可以作为一个出口，一个桥梁，把我们还有与我们不同的人，联系到一起。

​关于 [41Ross] 与 [OUT Museum]

​41 Ross是CCC创造的旧金山唐人街区最为丰富的艺术空间之一。

​2025年1月，华语酷儿博物馆OUT Museum在CCC和旧金山唐人街社区的支持下正式落地41Ross。

​OUT Museum华语酷儿博物馆将成为社区支持与交流平台，为华语LGBTQ+群体提供支持、分享经验与建立联系的平台，我们希望它成为每一个人找到归属感和认同感的地方。我们诚邀所有关心和支持LGBTQ+社区的朋友们前来参观与体验这一开创性的文化地标。

​Now place 此间 受邀于OUT Musuem， 将一起入驻41Ross，共同打造一间艺术、文化、创意空间，融入和丰富唐人街社区。
