Level 1+ - For students new to yoga or who are continuing to build the foundation of their yoga practice, this one-hour class focuses on the fundamental standing, balance, seated, and supine poses. This practice will help build strength, improve balance and mobility, introduce basic pranayama (breathing) techniques, and create a stronger mind-body connection. Modifications are offered to ensure each student can adapt their practice to meet their personal needs, comfort level, and goals.
