Charla Lorenzen

I’m an experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500) & ACE-certified fitness instructor who loves nothing more than engaging in fitness activities with like-minded others. I teach many classes per week and lead wellness retreats in the U.S. and abroad. I am bilingual in English & Spanish and am a college professor of Spanish. I love to learn, teach, and hone my crafts!
