Jay Patel

Jay Patel has been with Jacaranda Health since 2018 and is now the Head of Technology. He was the first member of the Technology team and has since developed its technology and data infrastructure, machine learning initiatives, and grown the Tech team. Before Jacaranda, he held positions in operations research and project management at various banks, including JPMorgan Chase & Co. Jay earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from Franklin University, Columbus, Ohio. He leads the Technology department, focusing on multi-lingual machine learning and LLMs, technology infrastructure, and data management, serving millions of mothers across Kenya and Sub-Saharan Africa.
