Meet Our Speaker
Natalie Royer, is a belonging consultant, speaker, and mentor at Saroy Group Inc., dedicated to fostering inclusive environments where everyone feels valued and connected. Holding an M.A. from Toronto Metropolitan University, a Certificate in Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace from York University, and completing a coaching and mentoring program at the Schulich School of Business, Natalie combines her academic expertise with a compassionate, humanistic approach to her work. Through impactful training sessions, mentorship circles and keynotes, Natalie empowers teams to transform connection and empathy into actionable strategies. Her people-centered methods inspire meaningful change, cultivating spaces of belonging that create lasting impact for individuals and organizations alike.
