Life moves fast—and so do our thoughts. This experience is a chance to pause, unplug from the noise, and reconnect with yourself.

We’re gathering for a relaxed, friendly meditation experience to clear the mental clutter, recharge, and feel a little more human—together.

What to Expect:

Meditation Experience:
✅ Meet kind, curious people in Austin, Texas
✅ 10-minute guided breathwork to destress effortlessly
✅ 20-minute guided meditation on enhancing focus
✅ Group check-in with Brandon

Optional Meditation Class After:
✅ Small group class to deepen your practice and Q&A
✅ 7 days per week of full meditation support (includes in-person sessions)
✅ Monthly retreats to immerse yourself in stillness
✅ Build a consistent habit of meditation with a supportive community

About Your Guide:
Brandon Mehrgut is a longtime meditation teacher trained in China for over a decade. His approach is down-to-earth, warm, and practical—helping people find more ease, clarity, and meaning through meditation. He now leads MeditationCommunity.org, serving the Austin community full time.
