​Natalie Doran, CEO, Co-Founder, Lytehouse

​Natalie Maria Doran has experience building early-stage startups in gaming, HR and Blockchain – doing everything from sales to product development. Her bootstrapped CSR platform signed household names and enlisted over 70 charities in Singapore, earning her a nomination for the United Nations ‘SheInnovates Award 2019’’.

​Saurabh Chauhan, CEO, Co-Founder, Peakflo

​Saurabh spent 2 years at McKinsey, working on client engagements across US and APAC. He then led a team of 60 as managing director at Rocket Internet’s venture – Daraz.lk (which was acquired by Alibaba). Most recently, he led a turnaround as the group managing director for Rocket Internet’s beauty marketplace – Vaniday.

​Peyman Salehian, CEO, Co-Founder, Allozymes

​Dr Peyman Salehian is an entrepreneur-scientist with a PhD from NUS. After his PhD, he joined a tech consultant firm as Head of Business Development, where he managed an international team, and expanded the company in Asia. He built his first start-up at age of 22, where he transferred a technology from the lab to commercialisation. 

​Bernadette Cho, General Manager, Entrepreneur First Singapore (Moderator)

​Bernadette is the General Manager at Entrepreneur First (EF) Singapore, the world’s leading talent investor backed by SGInnovate. She oversees the Singapore office and cohort, helping the most ambitious and talented people build deep-tech startups from scratch.

​Outside of EF, she is an angel investor at Angels of Impact, and is passionate about impact investing as well as learning more about impact space. Before EF, Bernadette served as the Chief of Staff at Funding Societies, as well as Chief of Staff to the Co-Founder at Grab. She was the first product marketing hire at Grab to grow the function, and personally led campaign launches for GrabPay Credits, GrabRewards and GrabShare. At LinkedIn, she took up the role of Head of Product Marketing at the age of 23, and was also previously the State Director for Australia’s largest youth-run non-profit in Victoria, working with volunteers under age 25 to raise millions of dollars

​Yi Ning Lim, Head of Global Marketing, Entrepreneur First (Co-Moderator)

​Yi Ning is the Head of Global Marketing at Entrepreneur First. She oversees marketing activities at EF relating to EF’s brand and content strategy for its founder and investor audience. Outside of EF, she is an angel investor and advises startups on their growth strategy. Prior to EF, Yi Ning Yi Ning was the first marketing hire in Southeast Asia for Amazon’s consumer business and launched their e-commerce, streaming and Prime verticals in Singapore.

​She was also a key early marketing hire at Redmart and Forrester Research, working on brand, communications and customer acquisition. Yi Ning started her career working on HR transformation in the Singapore government, and was an early community builder in the Singapore tech community at Singapore Geek Girls, helping hundreds of young women gain exposure to coding with our free community workshops.
