About Event

Welcoming you to a frank, open, and inviting conversation about the opportunities that lay ahead for women-led communities and business'. It’s a night to celebrate the wins in fem-tech innovations and brainstorm ways that the fem-tech community in Toronto can continue to flourish!

An incredible opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals who are passionate about progressing the women's health space forward including founders, investors, writers, and creators in the Canadian ecosystem.

  • Melissa Allen 
    Executive Director at LOI & Founding Partner at Capital M Ventures

    Prior to her tech and innovation career, Melissa Allen was an award-winning financial advisor at Desjardins. Before that, she worked in tech sales and marketing at companies such as Torstar and Google. Currently, along with managing the VC fund Capital M, Melissa is the Executive Director at League of Innovators accelerator and is a Venture Partner at LOI Venture where she supports youth entrepreneurs in becoming the bosses of their careers and lives.

  • Nadia Ladak 
    CEO & Co-Founder at Marlow

    Nadia Ladak is the co-founder and CEO of marlow, a fast growing women’s health startup that has created the first lubricated tampon. Beyond the product, the brand is going viral on TikTok with 100M+ views due to their content aimed at reducing the stigma around periods. Nadia was recognized as Forbes 30 under 30 and is on the G20 international youth entrepreneur council.

  • Azia To
    CEO & Founder at Dilato & Viral TikTok Influencer

    Azia brings 10+ years of expertise in social media marketing and online community engagement for wellness, menstrual and sexual health startups. She’s grown communities to 100K+ followers, 300M views, and 10M likes through strategic viral content and community-building strategies through her own personal brand and clientele. Now, she’s the founder of Dilato, an education platform that helps folk with chronic vaginal pain disorders navigate their recovery journey.
