The evening will begin at 6:00 PM with registration, followed by a fireside chat from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM featuring an esteemed speaker moderated by an influential leader in the biotech field. The discussion aims to inspire and impart valuable insights on career advancement within biotech.
From 7:00 PM until the close of the evening at 9:00 PM, attendees will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful networking. This segment encourages participants to explore mutual benefits, focusing on what each can offer and seeking ways to support one another's growth and aspirations in the industry.

Moderator: Kiran Panjwani
As the Co-Founder and COO of FounderWay, Kiran brings a wealth of experience in startup advisory and innovation strategy. Her unique approach to moderation focuses on uncovering the nuanced stories of career success, providing attendees with engaging and insightful narratives. Speaker: Michal Preminger
Michal is the Head of Johnson & Johnson Innovation, East North America, with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. She excels in building strategic partnerships and driving innovation. Prior to her current role, she was Executive Director at Harvard University’s Office of Technology Development, focusing on business development and commercialization. Michal holds a PhD in Biological Sciences from the Weizmann Institute of Science and an MBA from INSEAD. She is dedicated to translating scientific discoveries into impactful healthcare solutions and fostering collaboration within the Boston biotech ecosystem. Michal is also committed to Johnson & Johnson's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Additionally, she serves on the boards of various organizations, including MassBio, LabCentral Ignite, and the Weizmann Institute.
