Scott Morton, Counsel (Regulatory), Pillsbury – Scott is a member of Pillsbury’s Technology Transactions and Regulatory teams, specialising in tech regulation and data privacy. He advises clients on AI compliance and collaborates on developing policies and frameworks to ensure adherence to relevant laws, including the EU AI Act.

Jaime Marijuán Castro, Head of Global Partnership and Alliance, Osapiens – Jaime has over 20 years of experience in industries like high-tech, automotive, and manufacturing, with leadership roles in supply chain management. He later transitioned to strategic business development and marketing roles at IBM, Oracle, and OneStream. At Osapiens, he focuses on building a global partner ecosystem, driven by his passion for sustainability and digital innovation.

Karl Reimer, ESG Manager, KPMG – Karl is an experienced Manager for KPMG UK where he sits in their ESG Reporting and Assurance practice and their AI Risk and Governance working group. Previously, he qualified for his CPA in California and studied business and public policy at London School of Economics, Torrey Honors College, and Oxford University.

Donata Haque-Bernutz, ESG Manager, KPMG – Donata works with mid-market and large cap private equity firms to support them with buyside and vendor ESG Due Diligence, complying with sustainability regulations, and identifying material sustainability risks and value creation opportunities across the investment lifecycle. Donata has over 6 years’ experience integrating ESG practices both in an advisory and inhouse capacity.
