As leaders and practitioners in Customer Success, we're passionate about our clients. However, let's be honest—it can get overwhelming and stressful. Breathwork, an age-old technique, is an excellent tool for reducing stress, enhancing clarity, and improving your presence when interacting with customers.

Although this series is designed specifically for those in the Customer Success field, anyone who regularly communicates with customers is welcome to join. We guarantee it'll be the most enjoyable —and surprisingly productive —30 minutes of your week!

Activating the parasympathetic nervous system directly calms the sympathetic nervous system, leaving you feeling relaxed. This helps improve focus and reduce symptoms of anxiety, stress, and depression.

With a calm nervous system, the daily stress from work or meetings will feel manageable, like a small obstacle you can easily overcome, rather than a Sisyphean task. You'll notice this benefit once you start meditating more frequently during the week.

Beginning your day with meditation brings clarity and order to your unconscious mind. Some people argue that it’s more effective than a morning coffee, as it allows focused energy to build gradually, rather than jolting your body and mind awake.

Some Ground Rules

  • Show up on time as to not disturb others.

  • We prefer you keep your camera on, but we understand if you need to warm up to that.

  • Please stay on mute and you can leave questions in the conference chat window.
