​​As an inclusive employer, Ludus Lab is imagining a world where accessibility isn’t an afterthought but one of the pillars and building blocks of travel and hospitality.

​With a mission to empower everyone to experience the world through inclusive and accessible experiences, Ludus Lab aims to be the authority in accessible experiences and accessibility training in the tourism industry.

​​On this learning journey, we will join an exclusive Enabling Village tour, and hear from the company about it’s mission and how it’s inclusive hiring efforts shape the company’s culture.

​​We will get to learn from the Founder, Yock Song, and their docent, Jackie Chionh, on what it takes to support an inclusive workplace.

​​At the age of 6, Jackie was involved in an unfortunate road accident, and his right limb’s nerve system is malfunctioning. In this session, we will also be inspired by Jackie's passion for connecting with people, and how he achieves that at Ludus Lab!
