About Event
Mariah Gonzales, early-stage DEI consultant, will be hosting this training for Mentors who are working with Mentees (or direct reports) from different backgrounds. We'll offer a framework for approaching cross-cultural mentorship relationships and a chance to collaborate with peers on how to foster a safe space for their Mentee. Anyone is welcome to attend this training, regardless if you are a current Mentor or not. This training is the same as Mariah's first two trainings.
