​Freddy is a SOMA breath certified breathwork facilitator & Sound Therapy certified musician who began his journey guiding these healing modalities in conjunction with hot & cold therapy at Othership, in Toronto. Freddy has hosted over 50 live breath work and sound events in Canada and the USA over the past year, ranging from small intimate groups to large gatherings of 600+ attendees. Being a part of multiple communities has allowed Freddy to grow his breath work practice, blending the teachings of Othership, SOMA, and Sound Healing to perfect a one hour transformative experience and connect with hundreds of individuals looking to shift their state and awaken their greatness within.
