We’re celebrating Bella the best way we know how moving with purpose and giving back. Join us for a special edition of FLOW X, our signature infrared (75–85°) flow designed to build strength, balance, and mobility through intentional, beat-driven movement.
Expect kettlebells in a low-impact, high-vibe class that’ll leave you feeling strong, connected, and sweaty (in the best way).
