​Anyone with a computer and an internet connection can help solve medicine’s biggest mysteries. Sage Bionetworks has organized over 60 biomedical data “challenges,” – public contests where the winning algorithm can lead to prize money, journal publications, or an FDA-approved technology. More than 30,000 multi-disciplinary solvers have participated from all around the world. And this is just the beginning.
