About the Presenter:
As CEO of Civic Champs, I lead our team of passionate change leaders to create technology solutions to create a seamless and rewarding volunteering experience for both volunteers and service organizations.
Prior to Civic Champs, I co-founded two companies. The first company, RentJungle.com is an apartment search engine which we sold in 2014 to The Rainmaker Group. The second, Community Elf (rebranded as Cosmitto) is a social media management firm which we sold in 2017 to a PE firm, Topanga Partners.
In addition, I had the honor of spending 4 years at McKinsey & Company, advising senior executive clients at Fortune 500 companies - helping them solve their most pressing strategic and management issues.
Across all of my endeavors, I am most passionate about my teams and the people I work with. I believe strongly in building a collaborative and open culture that fosters learning and personal growth.
