The fund invests in early-stage startups in brain tech, life sciences, mental health, climate change, clean energy, and financial inclusion, aiming to empower visionary entrepreneurs for a healthier future.

Leigh Harris - is a venture fellow at The Artemis Fund with a background in healthcare. She is passionate about industries like fintech, life sciences, care tech, commerce, and AI. Breen Sulivan began her career as a General Counsel for high growth tech companies where she saw a need for a new kind of community-driven board and investment marketplace that could change the pipeline to influence and the demographics of private company boards. The Fourth Effect matches early and growth-stage companies to talented mentors, advisors, directors and angels (who also happen to be women!) in a trusted and efficient way to overcome systemic barriers that have kept women out of the board candidate pipeline.

Our Partners:

The Fourth Effect matches startups to experienced, senior level executive women as advisors, directors, and investors. Fundraise, expand your network and leverage diversity as the competitive advantage to grow your company. It’s the only network you’ll need to scale & fund your startup or launch a board or investment career!
