1-1 Transpersonal Therapy
The session will take place in a candlelit environment to create a safe and cozy atmosphere for the participant. We will start by preparing a tea ceremony, which will serve as an invitation for open dialogue and sharing of one's self. Following that, you will be guided through a meditation practice of self-inquiry. This practice will gently bring you back to the observer of all movement, allowing you to explore your inner thoughts and feelings.
After the meditation, we will transition into a healing sound bath. This experience will help you relax and delve deeper into your natural state of being. The intention of the sound bath is to dissolve the observer back into it’s abiding place of self-awareness, helping you find peace and love beneath the layers of your mind and ego. To conclude the session, we will conduct a closing tea ceremony. This will provide you with an opportunity to sit, process the session, and fully absorb the receiving of yourself.
