Feedback Friday

​At #FeedbackFridays we will allow sustainability creative job seekers to connect and provide feedback through a speed-dating-like, structured process. This event will facilitated by UCSC Alumini Lila Roginski and will be based on design thinking and prototyping techniques. All you need to do is bring in one thing you'd like feedback on: a resume, cover letter, portfolio, website, slide deck, business pitch, or something else!

​​​​The reason we hold these sessions is because often we apply for jobs and get NO feedback from employers. Or we are putting ourselves out there when starting a business and keep getting rejected by potential clients. Or we are working in sustainability and keep hitting walls as a creative and can't progress in our careers. We are left with so many questions - was it my resume, cover letter, portfolio, pitch, interview responses, communication, or LinkedIn profile that didn't resonate with people? Come get some answers.
