Earth Day & Night Weekender: Austin Edition
To our friends in Austin, it’s with a heavy heart that we have to cancel this Saturday’s Earth Day + Night Weekender chapter at The Concourse Project. The incoming weather forecast of heavy rain and thunderstorms guides us to this tough, but safer decision for everyone. We would hate to provide anything but the best experience for everyone, and that is just impossible given the current conditions.
We were thoroughly looking forward to gathering with you all - artists, event professionals, music lovers, and beyond - a BIG thank you for your support both near and far! We felt the momentum and messaging making waves of change and has inspired us beyond measure. As they say, “Earth be Earthin’” and these are forces outside of our control that we must be adaptive with. Oh the irony!
Now for the good news: you can still travel down to LaLaLand at The Concourse Project with Green Velvet, Honeyluv & Ranger Trucco on Saturday from 9p-4a! You will find doses of us over there, along with Cup Zero and a reusable cup system, as well as the Wall of Plastic Free Wonders, and our generous sponsor Open Water.
