Kids’ Reading & Workshop with Pineapple Friends at Artist & Craftsman Supply Tacoma
Join for a colorful afternoon at Artist & Craftsman Supply in Tacoma! On Sunday, July 20th from 1 – 3 PM, families are invited for a special in-store reading and creative workshop with Neetal Parekh, writer of the Pineapple Friends series of social impact books for kids.
The first half of the event features a live reading, introducing young learners to problem-solving, design thinking, social-emotional learning (SEL), and social entrepreneurship through fun, engaging stories and relatable characters. In the second half, kids will get hands-on with an upcycling project designed to spark creativity and critical thinking.
