Speaker bio:
Lu Chen is a core member of the Health Care practice at Boston Consulting Group. She specializes in working with clients in the pharmaceutical industry across segments including innovative pharma, specialty pharma, generics, and biosimilars.
She has extensive experience working with clients on CEO agenda, corporate strategy, portfolio strategy, corporate development and M&A (including commercial due diligence), portfolio and pipeline valuation, market entry strategy, go-to-market model, supply chain strategy, large scale transformation, business model innovation, and other areas.
Before joining BCG, Ms Chen worked as Postdoctoral Fellow at Mayo Clinic and Baylor College of Medicine, focusing on oncology research.
