Mobility Session: We go through a 30 min mobility session focused on flexibility and opening the joints
Ice Bath Therapy: 3 ice baths that help you dive into relaxation and reduce inflammation.
Red Light Therapy: 3 red light therapy stations to recharge your cells and improve skin health.
Smoothie Station: Refresh with a delicious, nutrient-packed smoothie brought to you by BrainEffect treats-fiber and daily gut drinks, and recharge
