​Bio:  Natasha Bunten Cashen leads the CEO / COO practice at ECA Partners, an executive search firm focused on talent in private equity firms and their portfolio companies.  Natasha worked as an executive in a privately held healthcare company and went through 2 PE-backed transitions, then led teams through the strategic acquisition to Cardinal Health, a Fortune 15 company.  After 11 years in healthcare, Natasha has been working with private equity companies across the investment lifecycle, from due diligence, acquisition to post-merger value creation for the past 5+ years.
