Welcome to FiBAN Academy Module 1, co-organised together with our partner Danske Bank! This training is part of FiBAN Academy, which consists of three modules where you will learn the basics of angel investment and more.

Joakim Achrén
Joakim Achrén is an entrepreneur and investor with almost 20 years of experience, co-founding Next Games (acquired by Netflix). He runs the Perhetoimisto blog, which shares investing and startup knowledge. Joakim is also a venture capital investor in the F4 Fund, with investments including Benjamin and Noice.
Ainomaija Haarla
Dr. Ainomaija Haarla is an experienced entrepreneur and investor with a background in the forest and metal industries. She has held leadership roles in corporate strategy, M&A, and innovation, including as President & CEO of Technology Academy Finland. A member of FiBAN since 2013, she has worked with 23 startups and won the Exit of the Year 2016 award for Gold&Green Foods. Ainomaija is currently an adviser and Chair of several companies and organizations, with a focus on corporate entrepreneurship and investment.

FiBAN Academy is free of charge for FiBAN investor members and partners, and available for purchase to non-members: three training modules, including a certificate and access to one screening board + Pitch Finland in autumn season 2025: 875€.
